HONORING BLACK HISTORY MONTH
February marks the start of Black History Month, a federally recognized celebration of the contributions African Americans have made to this country and a time to reflect on the continued struggle for racial justice.
Many businesses attempt to join in on this celebration without a clear understanding of the meaning and history behind it. This often leads to tone-deaf and meaningless content for consumers.
At Adelante Creative, we believe in being informative, not performative, which is why we put together a brief list of must-read books for anyone who is looking to learn more about black history and racial injustice.
